Chef Nazerke, Chef de Cuisine at The Forge, brings fire, finesse, and elevated dining in Abu Dhabi to your plate, showcasing bold flavours and expertly crafted dishes in a refined setting.

Her culinary journey was inspired by her mother, the aromas and flavours in the kitchen fascinated her. 

At The Forge, she champions heirloom ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and masterful grilling. Her signature dish, the Fire-Kissed Wagyu Tomahawk, reflects her artistry-seared over open flames and finished with herbs and butter.

Guided by simplicity, seasonality, and creativity, Chef Nazerke curates a multisensory dining experience that transforms each meal into a celebration of flavor, fire, and tradition.
